Link Approval Suggestion

Hey Guys
Is there away that before members can share links of RTM,RTE tools that they be approved by the mods first
with an exception of trusted members
It will cut down on the amount of fake or modified tools being linked by members with low post counts

Don't think there is anything crunch would be able to do about this, the staff has to review everything manually.
