I suggest project memories v3, it has a cex version and it's only 15$ although i'm sure you could crack it if you looked into their code a bit

I presume it is a tool.? anything that has to do with rte is consumed as a tool, because it's not a patch or a eboot, the way i see it

I'm quite sure there is, before u go into the folder with the tool there is a .txt file.
