This will let you launch a game directly from the HDD without using a manager, such as multiMAN.
MultiMAN has a similar tool too. It is provided from its archives called eboot.pkg.
NOTE: Nothing new has been added but they have fixed a few bugs users were having in v0.2 beta.
Changelog:
MAGIC 1.0 PKG
* Create PKG by 3 different methods.
* Unzip PKG's both retail and debug.
* Download updates for games.
* Suite graphical tool:
- Readself
- Unself
- Make_Self
- Make_Self_NPDRM
- Elf_Builder
- Self_Rebuilder
- Psn_package_npdrm
- Package_finalize
- ebootMOD
- Veritas (tool created by me in carrying out the method Veritas)
* ELF File Editor
* Editor PARAM.SFO
* Tutorial
* Full support ESP / ENG, that if the English translation leaves much to be desired
* Resizable
