Make A RTM Tool for Android

Is there such thing as a RTM Tool for Android for games like BO2, BO1, MW3 etc... if not there should be one created as CCAPI 2.70 is on android and that this would help a lot of people like me that don't have a working computer or one that is very slow to use and that an Android RTM would be one of the best things for the Modding Community and possibly a GSC Studio to inject menu's hopefully some starts to work on this or already is. Does anyone think this would be a great idea because I do pls respond on your opinions of this.
