For teleporting on foot, you need to be host. As I see with the other comments OP means the object attach that glitches the player off the map.

Yes, he's using the "glitch" to teleport people on foot. If he were host, and spawned that freeze boat, it'd still have the same result as if he spawned himself in the drivers seat.
