Never use them, they give you -10 when I'm driving the speed limit when I tell them thats a 40mph and they check using Google Maps they accept that its their mistake. They have done this many times to me.
Make sure you tell them where have you sped and check yourself what the speed limit it because they get it wrong.
Awful treatment of new drivers. No mistakes allowed. No wonder their annual premium is low, they draw you in and then constantly harass you with threats of cancellation and telling you how you MIGHT go over your mileage.
UPDATE: Seems like More than are paying people to write fake 5 star reviews!
