Moving From CEX To DEX

Hello.
I have installed kmeaw 3.55 and then Ferrox 4.66 (CEX) and I am using SEN Enabler to spoof to 4.70.
I was wondering how can I move to PS3ITA (or any other DEX firmwares you suggest).

All the tutorials I have seen are explaining how to move from CEX (Habib) to DEX but there are no tutorials on how to move from Ferrox to DEX. Would it be the same?
