Trying this out now. The lobby menu is pretty annoying. It's your normal Cfg nothing like reall 1.11 patches I have to say.

Yes just go into your Mw2 folder then into the USRDIR folder and replace the patch_mp.ff that's there already with this one you have downloaded.
