mztool badchoices netcheats need help with all 3

so i was using them on cex but converted my ps3 to rex so i can get more out of some of the tools but my issues is i can connect with the tools but when i try to attach them all fail to attach i have ps3tmapi_net.dll & ps3tmapi.dll in the folders is there something i need to install on my ps3?

i have prodg target manager 4.20 on my pc it finds my ps3 and will connect according to my laptop but on my ps3 screen theres nothing in the lower right corner to show connection the check in XMB -> Debug settings "Release Check Mode" is set to "Development Mode" and "Boot mode" is set to "System Software Mode", "Network Settings for Debug" set to "Single Settings" is there something i need to install on my ps3 like when on cex for cccapi?

yup have the lates debug eboot.

Reinstall everything or check on Target manager, connected to PS3 and you launched the game, if the Debug Eboot its showed on the process.. If not i think its a Debug problem, you cam check it on the Debugger too
