need help gta V 1.09 plz someone help me

yo guyz i go on gta story mode and i go gta online but it say signed out of psn network error (8002A513)

can someone help me to fix it
 
Stay signed out until story mode, then hold down the change character button and hit your right analog stick down, then sign in and attempt to play, it works when I get errors.
