4.89 Firmware Official Changelog:

Signing in to PlayStation Network now requires a device setup password for enhanced account protection.
Account creation for PlayStation network and some account management features are no longer available on the console. Use your PC or Mobile browser to use account management features with improved performance, speed, and safety.

Important Notes:

Bgtoolset by @bguerville is not yet compatible with FW 4.89, so there is no patch for those who update it and want to go back to CFW on compatible models.
HFW (Hybrid Firmware) is available.
CFW (Custom Firmware) is not yet available, it may take a few weeks, but @Evilnat (yeap, he is alive, we were worried about him too) via his twitter reported that he will be working on it.
HEN is not available yet, it will be eventually released after the HFW.

Для входа в сеть PlayStation Network теперь требуется пароль настройки устройства для усиленной защиты учетной записи.
Создание учетной записи для сети PlayStation и некоторые функции управления учетной записью больше недоступны на консоли. Используйте браузер ПК или мобильного устройства, чтобы использовать функции управления учетными записями с повышенной производительностью, скоростью и безопасностью.

Важные заметки:

Bgtoolset от @bguerville еще не совместим с прошивкой 4.89, поэтому патча для тех, кто обновит его и захочет вернуться к CFW на совместимых моделях, нет.
Доступна HFW (гибридная прошивка).
CFW (Custom Firmware) пока недоступно, это может быть несколько занятых недель, но @Evilnat (ага, он этого жив, мы тоже за него переживали) через свой твиттер сообщил, что будет над работой.
HEN пока недоступен, он будет выпущен после HFW.
