New Sony Ban Wave?

hello guys
now i brought a console id so i can play mw3 and 2 as they are the only games i have for ps3
but i tried to sign in today and i was banned now i dont hack my trophies, use homebrew while signed in, delete my history with PSNinja and i always spoof but for some reason i woke up and my private id was banned can some one confirm this? and i also add unbound rule to my fire wall for all my rtm tools and havnt got any virus's on my pc :'(
some one please help im so angry right not did even have the id that long
