New spoof 4.66 for 4.65.2 D-REX - REX (DEX - CEX) + Download

BYdjBr and UnderGunz have released this new 4.66 spoofer for 4.65.2 D-REX - REX (DEX - CEX), i tested it on 4.65.2 D-REX (DEX), and it works (PSN)

Personal opinion: I do NOT recommend the installation of this spoofer, because i have noticed many problems with starting games, freeze, etc...

I would wait some updates, or better, a new spoofer by Rebug, PS3ITA, etc...

PROBLEMS I NOTICED:

- Apparently, you can't start some games.

- You can't get online with the "System Mode" setted to "Rebug", so you can't access to the "Debug Settings" Menu.


READ CAREFULLY:

Install at your own risk!

If you want to install it, make sure you don't have any other spoofer installed on your CFW!

IMPORTANT for CEX users:

Before installing this spoofer, make sure your PS3 is in "Normal Mode", you can set this option on Rebug Toolbox --> 2nd column "Selector" --> System Mode: Normal.

Before installing this spoofer, make sure your PS3 is in "Normal Mode", you can set this option on Rebug Toolbox --> 2nd column "Selector" --> System Mode: Normal.

This spoofer also allows DEX users to get online, but you have to set your PS3 in "Normal Mode", so you will not get access to the "Debug Settings" Menu.

Instructions:

1 - Download the file.

2 - Install the PGK into your PS3

3 - Start up the PKG following the steps!

Yes I didn't test any game yet, but i can get online perfectly (4.65.2 DEX), i can see my friends list, avatars, managing account informations, etc..

I think it's true, you have to disable Cobra features, anyway once you install the 4.65.2, Cobra features are already disabled

i have to downgrade my ps3 first or can i still update

I always recommend to update from 3.55 OFW if you're on CEX, instead, if you're on DEX it's better if you downgrade with the 3.55 DEX downgrader, and then install the 4.65.2 DEX

can CEX users with 4.65.2 rebug firmware go online with this as well without any other special things needed (like an actual console ID?) If not then what's the point lol. (I'd be willing to go to REX rebug for something like this if possible, would save having to hunt for CID's all the time lol)

I just started GTA V, and i got an error, my PS3 went to Recovery Mode I had to do the file system checking haha
