If you ever want to watch a video quickly and easily searching on YouTube is the best way
It has had criticism of the last few years after google bought it
But i wonder what users will think of these new Features!
Twitch is the god of streaming.
A lot of YouTube users use twitch as there main streaming source
But this may change over the next year...
Twitch has a neat GUI and a efficient chat box.
It is easy to stream videos and available on all devices.
It has loads of good features; this is why it is so popular.
But what your going to see now will make twitch look like a homeless man in a gucci shop.
YouTube are going to launch a dedicated site and app for gaming in an attempt to take on Amazon-owned streaming service Twitch.
Previously Google tried to buy Twitch but they were outbid by Amazon. $970m (£620m)
YouTube Gaming product manager Alan Joyce said: "On YouTube, gaming has spawned entirely new genres of videos, from let's plays, walkthroughs, and speedruns to cooking and music videos. Now, it's our turn to return the favour with something built just for gamers."
Here is a look of what peoples profiles will look like:
It looks like a massive improvement over twitch.
The layout looks much more organized.
It will operate in the same/very similar way to Twitch.
It wall have "subscribers" instead of "followers".
It will be compatible for loads of devices.
Overall i think it looks like a huge improvement.
I will be trying it out and if i like it, it will become my main streaming provider.
So far google has my vote...
So will we all be using google? (Search engines, videos, images, Streaming etc...)
