No more character transferring on GTA!

Hello Modders.

Sucks to say this but for those that do GTA recoveries (like me), customers can no longer bring a PS3 account over to an xbox One. For some reason, whenever they click character transfer on an xBox one (to bring over the PS3 modded character) it will display a message stating "Unable to Character Transfer" even if they have NEVER transferred in their GTA lifetime.

Can someone confirm that it works or doesn't work on the PS4? Just wondering. Thanks!
