no package installer ps3 rebug

hi guys so i have a friend who has a jailbroken ps3 phat and he resetted his ps3 which wiped all the homebrew and it was left in dex mode and the software is on 4.78 and we need to update it but we cant because we need to change the target id which we need rebug toolbox for but we cant install it because the package manager files are gone.



any advice please thanks

Reinstall using the newest version for Dex 4.84 and then install the homebrews

yea but he needs the cex.bin befor he ever can go back to cex tho
