NSMM 1.14 all in one Update.rpf
NOT SO MODDED MODS
Today i update my "not so" modded mods. I personally like to have modded weapons and cars but not to the point where everyone near you is doing it or if you get in someone else's car it lags from the speed difference.
After the update 1.13 R* crc'd everything in the edats besides the hipster edat.. makes 0 sense.. anyway there will always be a way around it

Modded WEAPONS:WORKING
Only two weapons will let others around you use them. The pistol.50 ( if you give them all weapons ) and the combat pistol
*Pistol.50: shoots high explosive bullets No one has it.. which is why it's OP
*combat pistol (sns): shoots water hydrants
*Special carbine: has high lock on with increased damage
*Snipers: increased damage
*Knife: is a sniper that shoots fire (kills people in passive)
*Stungun: Rapid fire
*Night stick: Rapid fire sniper that shoots green lazer rockets
*Sticky bomb: green lazer bombs
*RPG: Green lazer rockets

The jester is a little off.. obv don't go 200mph around a turn.
*Jester: Fast, mass, better handling, better brakes god mode
*Turismor: Faster, mass, better handling, better brakes
*adder: Faster, mass, better brakes
*Police cruiser: Faster, mass, better brakes
*Sultan: Drift mod
*Futo: Drift mod
*manana: hydraulics
*Poyte: hydraulics
*lazer: God mode
*Rhino: God mode

How do i install the update.rpf?
Open any file manager or ftp and go to /dev_hdd0/games/BLUS31156/USDIR replace the update.rpf with mine
