Playstation 3 HDD backup (help)

I had 2 PS3's and one got busted and that was my 1TB HDD and I had a lot of stuff on there I wanted to keep. Is there anyway to recover those files to my other PS3's drive?

Yes it is possible, but for that, put your HD in the computer and save what you want before, then, put the HD in your ps3 and return your files by usb
