Please help

Recently, i was ftping a sprx to my ps3 tmp folder and i was trying to delete something, but i deleted my tmp folder accidentally, but i cancelled it immediately, ever since my ps3 have been weird, such as gta timing out every time i load a session, and i cant sign into psn anymore , and my internet keeps disconnecting, I'm on rebug dex 4.81, if i installed a new cfw would this be fixed? Also am i screwed or is installing a new cfw should really fix it? Thanks

Yes friend, of course just reinstall the same cfw that will correct your cfw, always when you install the same version of cfw, all errors come out.
