Possible to retrieve DLC if you still have .rif and .edat files?

Today I logged on BO2 and saw that my previously working DLC had disappeared.

All .edat and .rif files are still in /hdd0/home/*USER*/exdata as well as /hdd0/game/BLES01717/USRDIR


Would someone be kind enough to explain to me how the DLC might have stopped working/ gone missing and a possible way of fixing this
