This is a 50/50 chance it worked for me and my friend

Ok First things first if you are on dex you must go to cex

Go to there and get the number and ring your country/region number and you must go to the troubleshooting with psn network and then they will put you onto someone and they will ask what you want help with and say you have been banned for psn and then they will ask for like a email and some security question. make sure you know your account details. Then they will look at your history and shit and say your've been on modded applications and then make up some sort or story you where in a modded lobby and some guy was getting your ps3 id and banning it and then they will send you a email with some policy stuff and then width 48-Week your cid will be unbanned then your back online for some time :)

i tried earlier saying i bought a used ps3 and they said "no there is no way to unban your ps3, next time buy new to avoid this problem"
then i basically told him "wow thats how you guys operate, you got your money, the system is useless without online, and i am supposed to go buy another one? think ill return it and get an xbox"

but that was all lies, lemme know how u guys make out lol
