Sir, it works for BLUS. Go download the simple-to-use EBOOT BUILDER V2 and there's a option to check which region e.g. American Flag, United Kingdom Flag.

got it working with the eboot i created but on ent hdd000 but no mods in the game i think the patch 1.02 on internal hddo is what has to be changed only thing is when i change it the game wont start no matter what eboot i use.can someone help me out with this it's kicking my head in trying to figure out this simple task.
