Ps3 beeping on mw3

So recently I've gone back to playing mw3 and modding it with project Phantom. However, randomly when i'm playing my ps3 will just beep (usually 3 times) but it doesn't turn or or reset and the lights don't blink or anything. It's only happened with mw3, and only when i'm modding.

I've looked up the issue and the most common answer is it's overheating but most people say it will turn off or reset after beeping also no one says anything about having a cfw ps3.

So I was wondering if
1. anyone knows why this is happening?
2. Should be super concerned about it or is it just something I will just have to get used to?

I'm on 4.76 DEX btw.

Could be when you connect a RTM however there is to many things it could be hard to really rule out.
