Btw I monitored my ps3 temp via CCAPI and within 15 minutes of loading/playing , my fan gets louder and CELL temp is at 75C RSX is at 52C ... is that normal ?

my ps3 is running on 60 / 40 not hotter then 60 and fan do not get faster then 40

You think I should try changing to 4.70 REBUG first before applying new thermal paste for the lagging problems or should I just change my thermal paste ASAP .
