PS3 is too loud!

Hey guys, My PS3 is too loud i am on rebug 4.80.1 what could be the problem the heat paste is new. Need some help...

go into webman settings then go to the fan section. then uncheck whatever is checked and check manual 35 degrees

42 isn't needed. it will go faster if it has to.
