PS3 PKG GAMES PROBLEMS

I have a problem my cid is banned is there a way to unban but for free because some people say that i need to but a cid

I need to unban because I can't play pkg games it says that I need to activate the system but the only way to do that is to connect to a psn account

or is there another way to activate that thx for helping


Oh sorry 1 last thing I've done the update 4.86.1 HFW but when I launch ccapi it's says that it doesn't support the firmware is that normal?

there's no other way to activate, only through your psn network account and don't install ccapi on hen it will damage your ps3.
