PS3 RSOD (Red screen of death)

This afternoon i was playing usual games like always and i just was trying to toggle Qa and then leaving my ps3 on it started to have this screen full of words i don't understand with call support etc. Then i turned it off and it opens to this screen which is making me cry. I'm on 4.78.2 rebug CFW. Any help please!

try recovery mode and re download cfw via usb.
