PS3 Slim no video (jailbroken)

Okay so my 4.46 DEX PS3 Slim started freezing and showing lines on the screen. Has been Reballed Twice but still get no video and wont even boot Recovery Menu, Also tried to boot with no HDD so it would show that the PS3 can not boot without the HDD but still nothing. Could it be the GPU be dead or the Software where i have to flash my Nor back on? But i don't think i have to flash my Nor back due to my PS3 never being bricked.

Edit also tried HDMI and AV and reset video settings nothing.

Yes green light warms if i let it sit the air in the back starts coming out warm like it should.
