but does MD 13 have the mod on/off setting disabled by default when you start a game or join a game mode?
choosing whether you want them on or off is annoying tbh.

None of them knew how to make it save on and off without modifying something in the files like in an older version of MD. Knife, Nathan and Aizle (who honestly knows more now) were just leeches who used stolen/leaked/released source code and pawned it off as their own.
