Today I present to you Open IV With both xbox 360 and ps3 "encryption_key.bin" files, now it didn't take long to notice or a genius and i have seen people asking for the ps3 key, the libertyV rpf viewer had the keys all along for those who did not know, you can feel free to download OpenIV.exe From There Site If You Do Not Trust My Repack and just download the keys.

The devs have really cracked down on the distribution of these codes. But if you can find the paste bin link you then have to convert it into a binary code string. you will need to use a hex editor for this. It was kind of a PIA but as there was no documentation on how to do this. Off hand I do not recall the exact steps of where to put each section of the string from pastebin, but I was able to extract the original file from the ps3 and look at that for reference.
