PS3ITA 4.50 [DEX] / ProDG Debugger error=0x5

Since a week ago, when my PS3 suddenly said my fw wasn't functioning correctly.
I just reinstalled my fw (PS3ITA 4.50), i thought that there was no problem.
But i can't RTM/RTE anymore at all. When i start ProDG Target Manager, i can connect, restart system, use file explorer, ...
But i can't attach my process with an rtm tool, sometimes connecting doesn't even work.
When i start the debugger it's always giving me this error on startup:
"Unable to create folder (error=0x5)
C"

I also reinstalled my windows too, but what's the problem here?
Anyone had this before.

Yes, i installed an other cfw: Rebug D-REX 4.46, then PS3ITA 4.41 (don't know sure if that was necessary.) then installed PS3ITA 4.50 again.
And works again like before
