Disable Update Blocker Manually
Steps:
  1. Access FTP
  2. go to update folder
  3. delete PS4UPDATE.PUP folder and temp PS4UPDATE.PUP folder
  4. update PS4 with your usb directory PS4/UPDATE/PS4UPDATE.PUP
