The developer IDC has just released some scripts that will allow to decrypt the firmware PlayStation 4, namely the PS4UPDATE.PUP. .
Do not ignite, the scripts rely on the functions of the kernel exploit PS4 and of course it will require a PS4 to run them, under hearing a PS4 under firmware 1.76. In the history of the PSP, decrypting a new firmware update had allowed CFW creators to inject some of the "new" files from the latest official update into their CFW, giving access to Additional functions to older firmware.
The following RETAIL versions have been tested on a retail 1.76 system and decrypt properly.
U=update, R=recovery.

This type of script also allows you to compare changes between firmware, making vulnerability searches and security scans easier.
The developer IDC informs that sometimes the PS4 will refuse to decrypt a PUP file, in particular:
Versions older than the installed version (For the most part, there are exceptions like beta versions).
Versions for a different product code (retail consoles can not decrypt or update debug consoles).
The complete description of the readme file:
A utility to decrypt the content of a firmware or firmware update from a PlayStation 4. The default (hardcoded) operation is to decrypt /mnt/usb0/PS4UPDATE.PUP.
A number of files will be offered (depending on whether a classic firmware or update):
/mnt/usb0/PS4UPDATE1.PUP.dec
/mnt/usb0/PS4UPDATE2.PUP.dec
/mnt/usb0/PS4UPDATE3.PUP.dec
/mnt/usb0/PS4UPDATE4.PUP.dec
Everything is there: ps4-pup_decrypt
