After doing some research on the web i came across a great tutorial on how to get online under firmware 5.50.

First off your PS4 Must be 4.55 or LOWER .

Download -> Here

[1] Install PS4 Payload Injector

[2] Open 'ps4-exploit-host' Launch the Executable

[3] Once launched allow through your firewall and Mark down the Given 'dns IP Address'

[4] Open Network Settings on your Sony PS4 and Manually Setup the DNS with the IP address you were given with 'ps4-exploit-host' (If you cant do this give up )

[5] Once you completed those steps above Launch the Payload Injector

[6] Now go to your PS4 Network Information and Enter the Same IP you see on your TV into the Payload Injector Column

[7] Hit Connect, Then Click Open within the 'Find Payload' Section , Location Spoofer.BIN and Inject

[8] Place PS4 Device in Rest Mode then turn it back on and you are now spoofed to 5.50. Enjoy

This was before I jailbroke my PS4, i had seen a couple tutorials refrenced; This is all GUI does not affect the Kernel at all.. So No sorry.
