PS4 v3.50 Neighborhood

So, i came about some files i didnt see available in this section or on the site really. So, here they are.

Downloads:

• Target Manager Server 3.50.0.55
• Target Manager API Reference
• PS File System Driver 6.0.172.4
• Neighborhood For PlayStation 4 v3.50.0.13
• SCE - SN Systems Neighborhood v0.99.0.16

The PS4 Neighborhood can be used much like the Xbox 360 Neighborhood to be able to communicate and manage your PS4 development kit console. As seen below, there are certain features available, but locked or limited to since i dont have access to a 3.50 or below PS4 DevKit atm.
