Putting Firmware On Your HDD

What you will need:
FTP client
CFW PS3
Firmware you want to put on your hdd

How To
Connect the ftp. navigate to /dev_hdd0/
Now create a directory named "updater" inside this folder, create a new directory named "01"

Now copy the firmware over to the directory "01" (It can be named anything like 3.55.PUP)

Now Quit The FTP and go to the xmb, on the xmb go to "Settings" then "System Update" then "Update via System Storage"
Inside "Update via System Storage" you should see the firmware you just copied there,
