No I don't think so as you are currently using some other cid. BTW ur account can get banned
 
Look I do this change my cid with a working public one and after connecting to the game servers(like ea servers in FIFA 14) change my cid to a random one with ccapi but b4 doing all this I randomize my PSID too . I don't play cod as I got my account and private cid banned by playing ghosts online for 2 mins since then I never played cod. But to tell you I played GTA online and whenever I play I use mods but till now nothing got banned so it's upto u if u wanna do the same for cod mw3
 
I know lol and last question :) if I use a public console id and fake account id while playing ghosts can my mac adress get banned?
 
I don't care it is a public console id and I will be using the ghost anti-ban tool, I'm just curious if I mod ghost with the anti-ban can my mac adress also get banned? While using a public console id?
 
Yes If The Anti-Ban Doesn't Work Then Yes You Will Get Banned. If Your So Worried Then Why Did You Get A Jailbreak Lmao ?
