The Cobra 7.53 mode is disabled by default, to activate the Cobra features simply install and access the Rebug Toolbox:

1. In the XMB select Package Manager
2. Select Install Package Files
3. install this toolbox
4. Open Rebug Toolbox from the XMB
5. Go to the Selector column and select the third option Toggle Cobra Mode
6. Select Enable, and the system will restart with Cobra enabled in the CFW.

Nice bit of modding, but if you have QA Flags Enabled ( Update DEBUG ) you can go to whatever CFW version you want. eg. Ferrox 4.83 > REBUG 4.80.1 REX or lower if you want. You can freely move up and down the CFW versions.
