GTA 5 Mini RTM Kit - Tool [1.13] [CEX][DEX] [BLES][BLUS]

Hello guys, today I'll be releasing a simple RTM tool for GTA 5. The RTM section is BLES only for now. Will add BLUS later. The money & rank editors are both BLES & BLUS. Instructions given below on how to save rank & money. This is my first ever tool. Hope you guys enjoy this simple tool! If you spot any bugs please report them to me, no hate please. 1) Simply set any amount of money
2) Make a purchase in Los Santos Customs
3) Waiting for loading icon on the bottom right
4) Enjoy modded money!

How to make rank stick?
1) Simply set any rank
2) Go hold up a store
3) Escape the cops
4) Enjoy your rank!
