1. Rename MODDED_update.rpf to update.rpf
2. Replace update.rpf in your dev_hdd0/game/BLUS/USRDIR directory
3. Place script.rpf in the 'gta' folder on your USB and place it in ps3's usb slot which is dev_usb000 (right-most port)

You Need To Update To New Menu This Is outdated there is a new one its just a update.rpf without the script on USB thing and it fixes it thanks to @RIKER For Teaching Me!
