i Ported The ModMenu From ( ECB2 ) To Single Player Email App ( it was For My Personal Needs ),And Now I Share With Many Ppl Banned from GTAVO

And Want To Play With This Mods Offline , So I Mad this For Those People + Work Online if You Open before Going On .

All Banned Cars Can Be Drived To Lsc Or Your garage ( From Krank_Modz) I have My Modded File But, i added Krank File , Because Have A Lot Of Banned Cars

Camo On Weapons From ( ㄅɬⅰ∆и )

At Moments i Added Vehicle & Handling File, With Adder Modified , Rhino Shoot Lazer & Godmod, Also Buzzard ,

Added Loadouts File To Shoot Or Killl PPl On Garages , Houses , Ext ....
