ii_N00B_XD Shitty "Dev" Menu 2.0 Free & Public Release :) How you gonna call a mod loader a "Dev" Menu LMFAO!! ALL IT DOES IT LOAD OTHER SCO'S HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, Its nothing like a REAL Dev Menu. With Protections, Freezes, Player Control & More. All you did was change sco's you fucking scrub. I could make this menu in a day or 2 with different & Better Menu base. All I have to do is look at your "modloader.sco" file and I see your source and I just grab sco's in OpenIV. All this noob did was use the Pinkhouse Source, and just rename it to his name and change sco's, like how bad are you xD #GetRecktKid

I had downloaded a GTA IV TBOGT mod menu but when i open it on gta iv, it works, but when i go on the complete edition, it doesnt work
