You put it in the game update for grand theft auto 4. In the URDIR folder

If you are referring to Blue Motion, he discontinued support for it a while back. It cant be used anymore, as he had a friendlist check built into the menu.

Oh, no bro I'm talking about Red Motion but I know what you're talking about bro. He made Red Motion too but you have to be registered to use half of the stuff on the menu lol I think he stopped working on that menu and Blue Motion.
