Today this will probably be my FIRST and ONLY 1.17 tool release, i believe the GTA community has fallen to shit only reason i'm releasing this is to see how people will react to help me choose whether to release in future or not. Anyway here it is
Works on BLES ONLY
Works best on SP
The Cosmetics might not work until you go in LSC and leave
Bugs
TMAPI not working (fixing)
Some features are currently blocked as i haven't got the natives yet
