Sectional Moderators?

I know this was sorta brought up by Snipers last year in one of this threads but i would like to see what people think on this and perhaps if we can get some trusted people to watch over some sections when others can not. The reason i would suggest this is to help people who post threads looking for assistance, and they would not receive any from anyone. It came to my attention today that there are threads of this kind. For thus "Sectional Mods" they would be required of course to be helpful with such sections they moderate and also to follow the section they moderate so that they receive either an email or notification that a thread has been posted!!

Just thought to post this and see what people think on this.
