i know this sounds stupid but today i was playing gta 5 and a modder just came up and froze my console

what mod menu did he use or what method to freeze other players was it a private mod menu like jorens one? note that he didnt spawn anything

No it wasn't a taxi method that is incorrect, it was ghost offsets freeze tool the price is $160 and I don't think he sells it anymore anyway.
