Suggestion that can stop console id's from being banned on psn

i don't know if this can be possible but i want the programmers to try doing this .. if anybody can edit psn patch that the console id is attached to it but in some way nobody can use or change or view the console id only if he disable's the cfw mode then he can change the console id . for example change console id and disable CFW in the same time and MAKE IT THE ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE .
and when someone has a console id to post he can give it to any admin and he can attach the console id with the psn patch and publish it as a .pkg file and also the admin gives credit to the publishers ..
If we can change the console id in the same time and Disable CFW so we can all have better security for going online on PSN we can save alot of time using the console id's and make good use of it ....and also we can save alot of console id's for the future..

I dont know if the developers of the app would bother, also with many people on one id would make Sony suspicious.

Just use Psninja_v4, spoof cId's with console controle API, psn patch is optional but then use the stealth version. Stop run Homebrews while online or connected to the Internet. Done. Easiest way!
