New members shouldn't be able to use the public cids. They get them banned faster. All those little users like "Jonny" or those who always say "gracias" wtf

The thing is the CIDs alone are posted all over the internet, there is no control over a public CID once its public. They get posted basically to get banned lel.
Really Dont Think Many People Understand how Many Sites Just 1 Public CID Gets Posted on within
