would i be safe to have fun lobbys with my friends on a friends only and/or private lobby?

and mod them up levels (LEVEL NO HIGHER THAN 120)

and give them 5million each?

would i be detected?

You would be safest in a private lobby.

And use an anti ban eboot

There's nothing like anti ban with gta 5... When they snap you, you'll get cheaters pool for maximum 2 weeks and then you're good to go. But REMEMBER. Any kind of modding online isn't save for 100%. Just to say that.

RTM I know that Bro but i don't believe there's a Anti-Ban Offset. I never saw one too.
