Take-Two Interactive ends the Lexicon menu on GTA V PS3 -

After putting an end to the OpenIV software, the company Take-Two Interactive decided to tackle the mod paying menu on GTA V PS3 and it starts with the total shutdown on Lexicon menu.

Better to shut down, yes.
If asked by take two then yeah shut down.
But
No PS3 SPRX Mod Menu's were asked by Take-Two Interactive to shut down
nor did any PS3 Mod Menu's receive a cease and desist e-mail. None.
Only openiv and maybe one PC mod menu.
Lexicon was not asked to shut down nor did Take Two ask them.
Unless the mod menu's dev emailed Take Two and offered to shut down.

According to the Seren devs' they are awaiting an email from take-two. but yeah, apparently modding on gta 5 is now illegal lmao. kind of annoying aswell, i bought both lexicon and serendipity. if serendipity doesn't get an email from these guys they will keep it up (of course). but apparently lexicon did in fact get an email from take-two.

The rest of the menus are next, most likely. so rip modding on gta 5

A cease and desist by Take-Two Interactive is just a scare tactic.
Modding is no more or no less illegal then it was before openiv received the letter.
No court action was taken whatsoever.

Also they dont care about PS3 so if Lexicon did infact receive a email
then thats because they emailed take two and offered to shut themselfs down.
cause right after lexicon shut down using same note from a PC menu used when they shut down,
more unpopular sprx menu's on ps3 also shut down using same letter.
and these menu's i doubt Take Two even heard of them.

As far as either one of them, lex or seren, getting an email from take two, I'd have to see it to believe it, those pussies just seen a lil storm brewing and decided to get out of town before is started raining too hard on their candy asses !!!!
